We collect it during service visits. When our technician diagnoses your appliance at your home in Hamburg, Beaumont, Andover, or anywhere else in Fayette County, we record the fault, the parts used, and the repair completed. This goes into your service record.

Photos from service visits. We keep these for one year after the repair date. They support warranty claims and quality reviews. After one year, they are deleted.

When we no longer need your data, we securely delete it from our systems. Paper records get shredded. Digital records get permanently deleted from our management system.
